We recently sought Michael's advice for our door canopy as we didn’t know what sort of tradesman to use. He recommended a company to purchase a new oak porch from and then installed for us. Long overdue, I finally decided to get replacement windows for the rest of the house. We had use Excellent Windows to replace a French door several years ago, and considering the French doors still look and feel like new, i thought of Excellent windows straight away. I used the websites quick quote option to get a rough idea of cost - this gave me options to select the style and openings i wanted and provide a rough quote. Shortly afterwards, Michael reached out and offered a free home visit to provide a more accurate quote. From getting the quote and agreeing to proceed, Michael arranged a second home visit to get full measurements for the windows to be made, and 7 weeks (including the Christmas period) later they were here to fit them. Wayne and Michael lived up to the company name and did an excellent job, really considerate of the property and cleaned up as they went along. The windows all look great and the finish is perfect. I am really, really pleased with the  bifold doors and conservatory I recently had fitted -  looks stunning! From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with this company. Michael supplied exactly what I wanted ( no heavy salesman talk) and he has a great team of guys who worked efficiently and professionally - all with smiles and happy banter!
