We used Excellent Windows for the replacement of 3 original Victorian windows. Michael, who did the original survey of the windows, was very helpful and told us what we needed to give like for like with our original windows. We were kept well informed during the process of manufacture of the windows, re delivery and any questions that we had. The price was very good for the windows, which included full installation.
When it came to installation Michael and his team, were very approachable and friendly and the quality of the windows was very good. They worked very hard to remove the old windows and make good any damage during installation. The installation of the windows was seamless, with a very high standard of finish, with good attention to detail. They always left the site clean and tidy, every day and post installation. When we had any questions or needed something extra doing, nothing was too much trouble. We also had some gutters replaced, and some wooden soffits that needed replacing and/or making good which was done to a high standard of workmanship.
They completed the whole job on time, and we are very pleased with our new windows.
Excellent Windows are Excellent!

We used Excellent windows in the past for our windows and doors and had a great experience with this company. We recently sought Michael's advice for our door canopy as we didn’t know what sort of tradesman to use. He recommended a company to purchase a new oak porch from and then installed for us. The porch looks amazing Michael and his team have done a fantastic job.

We have used Excellent Windows over a number of years and now the whole house has been done. No high pressure sales. Very good quality products and reasonable prices. Delighted with the service and the people fitting the windows are always pleasant, do a good job and tidy up.

Long overdue, I finally decided to get replacement windows for the rest of the house.
We had use Excellent Windows to replace a French door several years ago, and considering the French doors still look and feel like new, i thought of Excellent windows straight away.

I used the websites quick quote option to get a rough idea of cost - this gave me options to select the style and openings i wanted and provide a rough quote.
Shortly afterwards, Michael reached out and offered a free home visit to provide a more accurate quote.
From getting the quote and agreeing to proceed, Michael arranged a second home visit to get full measurements for the windows to be made, and 7 weeks (including the Christmas period) later they were here to fit them.
Wayne and Michael lived up to the company name and did an excellent job, really considerate of the property and cleaned up as they went along.
The windows all look great and the finish is perfect.
After a week with the new windows we can really notice the difference in how warm the house feels and how quiet the house is, not being able to hear the cars on the main road.

Michael supplied exactly what I wanted ( no heavy salesman talk) and he has a great team of guys who worked efficiently and professionally - all with smiles and happy banter!
